Members of the Bar Association work as "Attorney of the Week" on a rotational basis out of their own private offices. There is no one address or phone number for Legal Aid.

CASE TYPE GUIDELINES:

Clients must meet residency requirements (6 months in state, 3 months in county) to be eligible for a legal aid attorney.

Cases not handled: Criminal matters, bankruptcies, personal injury, workman’s compensation, social security, SSI, small claims actions, probate matters, any uncontested or non-adversarial matter, fee generating cases, domestic issues unless representation is necessary to protect against the immediate threat of violence.

INCOME GUIDELINES: House Hold (HH) of 1 - $507 per month

HH of 2 - $667
HH of 3 - $788
HH of 4 - $858 etc.
